Goofy Training

On August 20, I will begin training for the Goofy Challenge at Walt Disney World.  The Goofy Challenge involves running the Disney World Half Marathon on January 12, 2013 and the Disney World Full Marathon on January 13, 2013.  That is a total of 39.3 miles in two days.  Here is the training plan:
